The Application is the basis of the relationship between Open Art and the Artist. By submitting an Application, you grant us permission to represent you and give us permission to use the images of your work you provide for marketing purposes.

There are no catches but there is always legal fine print. Please read the full Terms of Use on our site. The link is in the footer of every page. This is good housekeeping but the essentials are:
By uploading content, you warrant that you are the original creator and owner of the artwork.
You grant Open Art non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the images you upload to promote your work.
You agree not to upload any content that is unacceptable or prohibited and we can refuse or remove it at our sole discretion.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

Notify us via the Change Image Form and we will update and/or reformat your Artist Feature Page.

For each client interested in working with us, we facilitate the development of selection criteria for their art. We then present works by artists whose works match those criteria.
These specific works are jointly selected with your participation and a formal consignment contract is completed at this stage.

You set the price for your work. We can offer guidance if you wish.

We do not collect any commissions or fees from artists.
We transact sales on your behalf and forward 100% of proceeds from the sale to you.
